UPSKL was founded by award-winning vocational educator Simon Lucas, with a passion for helping young people discover where practical learning can take them.
With a career spanning entrepreneurship, business leadership, industry and VET, Simon brings a unique mix of real-world experience, practical expertise and genuine connection with young people into everything UPSKL delivers.
Having started his own journey through school-based VET, Simon understands first-hand the impact the right opportunity, and the right person, can have on a young person’s future.
Today, that experience drives a simple purpose - to create learning that engages, builds connection, develops real-world capability and inspires young people to see what’s possible.
